The autumn sky is clear and the air is crisp. On the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the founding of Blossom & Credit Law Firm (“Blossom & Credit”), from October 21 to 23, 2023, nearly 300 employees and invited guests from the legal team, consulting team and support team from all regions of Blossom & Credit gathered in Tianmu Lake, Liyang City, Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province to join the team building activities. During this period, all people worked together to stimulate vitality, challenge themselves, pursue excellence, and cooperate to complete various team competitions to enhance mutual communication and exchange, gather strength, further enhance team cohesion and combat effectiveness, and carry forward Blossom & Credit culture.
On the afternoon of October 21, all members of Blossom & Credit gathered in the lobby of Hentique Resort & Spa Villa for creative sign-in. Each person signed on the sign-in wall and delivered the postcard full of his or her 20th anniversary message to the mailbox.
The bright light and deafening rhythm were in the air. After nightfall, a lawn bonfire electric party started. In the melody of the electronic instruments, everyone waved the glow sticks, moved with the sound wave, cheered and danced, and enjoyed the joy of the music. Director Peng Youyi, Managing Partner Li Yinwu, and Li Weiming, Director of Shanghai office, lit the bonfire together. At the time, everyone danced happily. At this moment, everyone felt the unique romance of this autumn belonging to Blossom & Credit family.
On the morning of October 22, it was time to group the activity camp. According to the symbol of the east (spring), south (summer), west (autumn), north (winter), the whole team is divided into four groups, that is the “Azure Dragon”, “White Tiger”, “Vermilion Bird” and “Black Tortoise” to carry out the "Frisbee Carnival" team competition. All the members burned their passions and released vitality in the competition. At the beginning of the activity, Director Peng Youyi made an opening speech, Managing Partner Li Yinwu, partner Zhang Lei, lawyer Li Weiming and special guest lawyer Wu Changsheng awarded flags for the four groups. Adhering to the spirit of never letting the frisbee fall to the ground and never giving up, all people experienced team cooperation and fighting spirit in the very challenging training and competition process.
In the afternoon, through the way of grouping and cooperation, the four groups of Blossom & Credit made concerted efforts and cooperated with each other to draw on the canvas a special “Blossom & Credit’s Nazca Lines”. The picture presented the shocking picture of Blossom & Credit people bravely standing at the forefront of the times.
In the evening, the theatrical party meticulously rehearsed by colleagues from all regions of the country began. Nearly 20 programs including songs, dances, crosstalk, poetry recitation, magic, Blossom & Credit birthday party, wishes sending, program selection and awards and other wonderful activities, showing the talent and style of Blossom & Credit people, which added a splendid landscape for this team building activity.
The best place for enjoying the beauty of nature is Tianmu Lake. On the last day of the activity, the conference affairs group specially arranged for everyone to board the island by boat to visit the Tianmu Lake Scenic Area. Everyone was enchanted by the magnificent Tianmu Lake and the vibrant Longxing Island. In work, people should not only be limited to the present busy, but also enjoy the relaxation and sunshine. The activity ended successfully with cheers and laughter.

In this team building activity, all the members of Blossom & Credit challenged themselves and gathered together.
