CHAI Qinghai, the Party Branch Secretary and Partner of Blossom & Credit Law Firm, was Elected as the Deputy Director of the Military-Civilian Integration Legal Committee

According to the Constitution of Beijing Lawyers Association and Working Rules of Professional Committees of Beijing Lawyers Association, it was decided through deliberation that the 11th Beijing Lawyers Association would establish 58 professional committees and 12 research institutes at the fourth presidential meeting of the 11th Beijing Lawyers Association.


From August 17 to August 19, 2019, Beijing Lawyers Association held a founding meeting for its professional committees (research associations) and appointed directors and deputy directors. At the same time, committee members were awarded membership certificates. CHAI Qinghai, the Party Branch Secretary and partner of Blossom & Credit Law Firm, was elected as the Deputy Director of the Military-Civilian Integration Legal Committee.

CHAI Qinghai is a CPC member, a senior lawyer and partner of Beijing Blossom & Credit Law Firm, a graduate student in criminal procedure law at Southwest University of Political Science and Law; an industrial researcher of the Task Group of Empirical Study on Legal Risks of Listed Companies in China and a senior enterprise (legal) risk manager accredited by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security of China; a representative of the 11th Lawyer Representative Conference of Beijing, a mediator of Haidian District People’s Court of Beijing, a deputy director of the Committee for Lawyer Rights of Haidian District Lawyers Association, the secretary-general of the Military-Civilian Integration Legal Research Association, and so on. He is long committed to the study of military laws and regulations and solution of military-related legal issues (especially disputes and relevant resolution involving military real estate). He has participated in and edited a series of books such as Focus of the Times - the Right and the Wrong, and Cases of Beijing Lawyers, and has contributed articles to the legal column of China Investment Promotion (journal). His expertized areas include corporate legal affairs, real estate, civil, criminal, and commercial litigation.
